I use analytics tools to make changes based off of the data in the reports. I tell story behind the data and not just report the numbers.
I use analytics to look at the data for traffic, keywords, location, engagement, sales etc… Depending on what the data is suggesting, I use it to improve the website, products, and offerings.
I review the Finance of the company, looking at the orders, payments, payout and ROI. Based off of these numbers, I do competitor research to see where we can increase prices for classes, products, and subscriptions. I can also know how products and subscriptions are performing financially. Any under performing products will be removed or improved upon after research.
